由教育部中外语言交流合作中心研制的《中国文化国情教学参考框架》对中国文化和当代国情的教学内容和目标进行梳理和描述，旨在为海内外大中小学、孔子学院（课堂）和其他中文教学机构在文化课程设置、课堂教学、教材编写、学习者文化能力测评等方面提供参考和依据。它是国际中文教育领域第一部文化教学的参考框架，力求全面、系统、客观地介绍中国文化和当代国情，为促进文明交流互鉴、丰富世界文化多样性、构建人类命运共同体方面做出贡献。
The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the CLEC) of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has researched and written the Framework of Reference for Chinese Culture and Society in International Chinese Language Education (hereinafter referred to as the Framework of Reference), which defines and specifies the contents and goals of teaching Chinese culture and contemporary national conditions to provide a framework of reference for cultural courses, classroom teaching, textbook compilation and assessing students’ cultural competence in primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, Confucius Institutes (classrooms) and other Chinese-teaching institutions at home and abroad. As the first framework of reference of its kind used in international Chinese language education, the Framework of Reference intends to provide a comprehensive, systematic, and objective introduction to Chinese culture and contemporary society and make contributions to promoting exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations, enriching the world’s cultural diversity, and building a community of shared future for humanity.
本书是国际中文教育领域第一部文化教学的参考框架，系统地构建文化教学的理论基础和实践框架。其编写正是基于文化的系统性、中国文化的独特性、国际中文教育的相关性与教学的实用性等理念；以社会文化、传统文化与当代中国三级项目构建框架，并涵盖30余项二级文化项目；将文化知识、文化理解、跨文化意识和文化态度四部分作为教学目标。
【主编简介】
祖晓梅，南开大学汉语言文化学院教授，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为汉语教学和习得、 跨文化交际、文化教学。主讲过《二语习得》、《跨文化交际》、《中华文化传播》、《中美文化比较》、《中国概况》等课程。在《世界汉语教学》、《语言教学与研究》、《汉语学习》、《南开语言学刊》等专业核心期刊上发表过一系列文化教学和跨文化交际方面的论文，所著《跨文化交际是国际中国教育硕士核心课程“跨文化交际”的教材，并被指定为《国际中文教师证书》参考书。主编《国际中文教育用中国文化国情教学参考框架》。曾在美国路易维尔大学、南佛罗里达大学孔子学院、爱莫雷大学任教，并在国内外为出国中文教师、志愿者、本土教师进行跨文化交际和中文教学方面的培训。
