摘要：中外语言交流是“一带一路”建设的题中应有之义，也是“一带一路”建设的重要基础。报告将以孔子学院为例，分析“一带一路”中外语言交流的现状和问题，提出新形势下中外语言交流的新思路。
In the Context of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, Sino-Foreign Language Exchange: A Case study ofConfucius Institute Abstract：Sino-foreign language exchanges are part of the subject and also an important foundation of the “Belt and Road Initiative” construction. This report will take the Confucius Institute as an example to analyze the current situation and problems, and propose new ideas for sino-foreign language exchanges in the context of the “Belt and Road Initiative”.
专家简介
王辉，博士，双龙学者特聘教授，博士生导师。兼任中国语文现代化学会常务理事，中国语文现代化学会“一带一路”语言教育与人文交流专业委员会理事长，中国语言学会语言政策与规划研究会副秘书长，中国华侨历史学会理事，澳大利亚西悉尼大学客座教授等职。主持国家社科基金项目3项，国家语委科研项目2项，文旅部项目1项。主要著作有《澳大利亚语言政策研究》《全球化、英语传播与中国的语言规划研究》《“一带一路”国家语言状况与语言政策》（1-3卷）等。
Dr. Wang Hui is a Shuanglong Scholar Distinguished Professor, and Ph.D. supervisor. He is concurrently serving as executive director of the Society on Modernization of Chinese Language, chairman of the Professional Committee of the “Belt and Road Initiative” Language Education and Humanities Exchange, deputy secretary-general of the Language Policy & Planning Research Society of the Chinese Linguistic Society, director of the Overseas Chinese History Society of China, and visiting professor at Western Sydney University. He has taken charge of 3 National Social Science Fund Projects, 2 projects of State Language Commission of China, and a Ministry of Culture and Tourism project. His works include A Study on Language Policy in Australian, Globalization, English Spread and Language Planning in China, The Language Situation and Language Policy in the “Belt and Road” Countries (Volume 1-3), etc.
