IB中文教师

职位描述：
1、 负责初高中中文教学工作，制定和实施教学计划；
2、 整合教育资源，与外教配合教授探究等其他课程及组织各类班级或校级活动；
3、 参加教研会议及相关培训，完成教育教学常规工作；
4、 负责班级日常管理工作；
5、 关注学生的心理健康，与学生沟通，了解学生的心理状态；
6、 完成学校领导安排的其它工作。

三、任职要求
1、 本科及以上学历，汉语言文学或汉语国际教育专业优先考虑；
2、 获得初中及以上教师资格证，同岗位工作经验3年以上；
3、 有国际学校或外国语学校的工作经验优先考虑；
4、 英文水平优秀；
5、 有很强的责任心，有管理学生的经验；
6、 具有成长型思维，积极、有爱心、有团队合作精神、热爱教育事业。
