Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Early Primary Counsellor who is bilingual in English and Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of our counselling team, providing support and guidance to students at the early elementary/primary school level. This position reports directly to the Primary leadership team.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in counselling, psychology or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a counsellor within an educational setting
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of IB PYP curriculum preferred
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents/guardians within a very supportive community
