MoTai Mandarin has been providing very focused Chinese language, cultural awareness and business etiquette training to some of Australia’s leading companies as well as other international businesses located in Sydney. The training can be delivered through either well-structured curriculum or customised program to suit business or industry needs.

About us

MoTai Mandarin is a fast growing independent Chinese trainer based in Sydney focusing Ｏn providing quality Chinese course/tutoring services to adults and corporate employers.

About the role

Location: Sydney CBD (travelling to client’s place may be required)
Type: Casual Basis (6 months contract with possibility of extension or transferring to permanent full-time role)

Your role

• Deliver general group class for adults

• Deliver private class for adults or children

• Assist students in tutoring sessions

• Produce teaching plans and student reports 

• Collaborate with school teachers to organise activities

To be considered for this role we expect you to have

• At least 2 years experience in teaching Chinese to speakers (adults) of other languages

• Experience in teaching group class 

• Strong knowledge of Chinese language and be able to explain the language well to learners

• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English

• Be able to deliver classes in evenings and weekends

• Great sense of responsibility; honest, adaptable and have great attention to details

• Strong passion in teaching and the enthusiasm to advocate Chinese culture

• Chinese qualification in TCSOL (Teaching Chinese To Speakers of Other Languages) or Chinese Language and Literature or similar

• Demonstrated experience in teaching business mandarin (preferred)

• Australian qualification in Education or Teaching related (preferred)

• Rights to work in Australia (permanent visa preferred)

• Drivers license (preferred)

Remuneration

Competitive rate depending Ｏn experience
