岗位职责:
1、不断开发新的推广渠道,通过异业合作,平台合作等方式获取优质、有效的渠道信息和新生资源;
2、对各个渠道的推广效果进行数据统计、分析,进行渠道优化,提升投产比;
3、负责大客户资源拓展与解决方案的策划与执行,并不断开拓市场及新渠道;
3、负责运营和推广线下活动,贴近用户,提高客户粘性;
4、负责校区的市场推广和活动的策划与实施等;
5、负责接洽海外代理商,保持现有的合作关系,建立新的联系;
任职要求:
1、 本科及以上学历,市场相关专业;有海外留学或工作经历;
2、 优秀的英语听说读写能力,能与外国人无障碍沟通;
3、 有至少1年左右相关岗位的工作经验,教育行业优先考虑;
4、 有独立工作能力,有担当,勇于接受工作挑战;
5、 良好的谈判及交际能力,执行力强,踏实肯干,责任心强。
6、 此岗位接受外籍人士,但需要能够用中文进行交流,HSK4级以上。
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new promotion channels and obtain high-quality and valuable information through cross-industrial and platform cooperation
-Carry out data analysis On the effectiveness of the promotion of each channel, optimize the efficiency of each channel and improve the overall profitability
-Responsible for key account management and constantly explore new markets and channels
-Implement and promote offline activities and deal with feedback from customers
-Take care of marketing promotion and organize student activities On campus
-Contact overseas agents, maintain the existing cooperative relations and seek new opportunities for cooperation
Requirements:
-A marketing-related degree (bachelor degree or above), with experience of studying or working overseas
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be able to communicate with foreigners fluently
-At least One year of experience in relative field (preferably in the education industry)
- Have the ability to work independently, responsible and willing to face challenges
- Good negotiation and communication skills, with a strong execution ability
-This position is open to foreigners whose Chinese level is HSK4 or above
